Thats what matters

You told me, time and time again,
you told me I was just another girl,
who dies to have that world,
who isnt more than just a nobody,
who isnt worth bothering
you told me that i wont go far
you wanted me to believe all those words you said
you wanted me to believe i was nothing
that i wasnt more than a nobody,
that a nobody like me could ever become a somebody.
that i will never be a girl who has that world.
but look at me now, i am more than you will ever be
Something You wont ever have is
Time, Respect, and anything normal.
You pushed me to the ground
and you tore all I had left of my faith
you made me believe things that werent true
but guess what, I am here.
people read my work, read my thoughs.
Unlike people I care
I might not be normal and cheer like I use to
But I am popular from people
who I dont even know,
Who give me hope everyday
something I never recieved.
It fills my heart full of joy when I get a message
a message that saids,
hey you writing is amazing,
you opened up my eyes,
you made me believe,
you saved me,
keep writing because thats what keeps my strength up and going for the world to see.
Thats what matters, not your games.
