I’m bound to your heart

            and tethered completely

 

Mesmerized,

                                    hypnotized

I’m spellbound, it's true

Captivated,

                                     entwined

 

I’m

        tangled

                        up

                               in

                                    you

 

A prisoner of your love

Beautiful poem, not only in words but also to see, the way you wrote ' I'm tangled up in you ' is very stylisch. You make not only a beautiful poem, but it's alway artistic too; the image, the font you use, the colors, I like this style of yours.
