Change is the name life is the game🌹

‘Nothing Remains The Same’

Rain falling
Tapping
Against
My window
Pane-

Reminding me

Nothing ever
Remains
The same-

Seasons change

Moments fade

Only the here
And now
Is whereout
The heart
Is made-

Each raindrop
Fades

Slides

Leaving a
Light shade
Reminding
Us that
All does
Fade

From shadow
To shade

Is this what
Life and love
Is made-

As ice from
Glaciers
Breaking

Shaking

New forms
Making

No use faking
Stories making

What’s meant to be
Will be
There’s a season
For you
And me -

Nothing remains
The same
There comes
A season
A place
In time

Where

What we saw before
Exists
Nomore-

Tapping gently
On the glass
Reminds me
That nothing
Lasts

The here and now
Is what we hold
Can be
Wet and cold
Stories left
Untold -

Or dry and bold
Courageous
Undefeated
Soul-

The story
Is for us to
Unfold-

‘Nothing remains
The same’-

The message on my window pane
The raindrops
Slide
Don’t try to hide
But glow to show
What needs to know

Fresh rain
It brings
Beauty of new
Things-

Oh how my heart
Sings
For simple
Things

It’s in this
Remembrance
That all things
Change
Don’t stay the same

When each drop
Fades
Disappears

Never to reappear

That my heart
Knows
Within each
Second shows

That where
Love glows
And goodness
Grows

Is all that remains
The same -

Without a name
No need for fame

Softly tapping
On my
Windowpane

Reminding me
Love
Is all that
Remains

Nothing else

I love how you use many metaphors & many use different forms of WATER, which is an interesting thread thru your long message, since water has many forms & shapes & meanings.
