In Limbo

In Limbo

A Poem by Ashley Blair

Sadness
Oh so blue, it longs
For embrace
Anger, much too
Red
It pushes
A w a y  and
I'm caught
Inbetween
Should I just
Choose hell over
Purgatory?
Oh heaven please say
You're not too good
For me
Not too pure to let me
Taste what god
Is made of
Maybe he's
Yellow
Made of stardust and sunbeams
Or maybe, he too
Looks down at all
The souls
Trapped in between
And is
Blue
