Tear in the Rain

Tear in the Rain

A Poem by LivingDeath

We've been waiting two years
the fights and the tears,
I know I'm not perfect
it's one of my fears.

The fear that I'll lose you
the fear that it's true,
please don't give up
I know we'll pull through.

I'm sorry I'm pain
just a tear in the rain,
but baby I love you
I can't lose you again.

I wish you were here
now year after year,
I want to stop dreaming
and just hold you near.

Feel your heart beat
as toes tickle your feet,
watch your eyes shine
a smile; complete.

My dreams are just dreams
help me find what they mean,
I'm tired of one day
it's getting obscene.

I just want your touch
your love is enough,
I can't take all the waiting
I miss you so much.
