Last memory of autumn.

Last memory of autumn.

A Poem by Kimberley Reid
"

This is basically a memory which Ive been thinking of a lot recently so as a poet would do, I worte about it!

"

As skinny love

plays at the back of my mind,

all I seem to

be able to think of

is how I acted

around you.

With my oversized shirt

reaching the middle

of my thighs,

as I step along

your bed,

with you admiring

me with your

beautiful eyes.

I can still remember

my insides burning,

as I wrapped

my arms around

you.

You stroked my arms,

and kissed my arms,

and kissed my

mouth,

with the butterflies

dancing inside,

and all I seem

to be able to think

of

is how much I

miss you.

And with the

memory bringing

a smile to my lips,

of the time you

watched me watching you,

as you stroked my

neck, my breasts and my willing hips.

But as Autumn

has fled,

and winters chill is on

its way

as the song is

coming to an end,

all I seem to

ponder over

is how much I regret

nevercalling you

my loving boyfrind.

A stark contrast in emotional message to Diary of Regret. It's good to see that you have enjoyed the highs as well as the lows of ephemeral love. Write on :)
