Take it and puff

This is the most contradicting poem ever I do apologise but still hope you enjoy it(:

Take a puff and blow it out;

Breath in the pain,

Sigh out the anger,

Dig your fingers in your chest,

and hope that the coughing starts.

Lug up the despair and the dread,

And breath it all in.

You wheeze it out and force its use,

Believing it for the better.

Gasp the air,

Grasp the chair 

and just let it flow.

Take the pain and spin it round.

Dont force its halt,

Breath it, Sigh it,

Just dont hide it.

Stand on the brim;

Love hurts when its gone,

Which is why I never fall in.
