Ah the beautiful temptation

The blonde hair and that innocent smile

Mara, you really hooked me

When I helped you edit your resume

Then you asked for me to keep you company

And as a smiling child schooling in improv

The only answer was "yes"

So we sat on your bed

While you told me how lonely you were

You keep the TV on for the company

So you stretched out like a cat

I didn't see the glint of evil in your eyes

I only saw your beautiful skin

As I gave you a massage

And it was way more than friendly

But then you told me to go home to bed

Gave me just enough to hook me

The next days you would call me on the phone

Asking me for money

You told me you were bleeding

Monthly

And you needed money for bandaids

I was a sucker of course

Didn't realize most women kept that under control

After the fifth time it was enough

I got hardened to the hurt in your voice

On the other end of the phone

It didn't help when I heard you knocking on doors

Looking for something that wasn't food I'm sure

When you left the building

To move back in with mom and dad

You told me you'd pay me back

Yeah, right

We all know the answer to THAT

Now I wish you'd never asked me for help

I wish that you'd found a sucker

Inside someone else to lick on

But a lesson learned

To not think too much with my heart

To not listen to my dick
