I once again fall in love.

I once again fall in love.

A Poem by Magdelena
"

To turn back the hands of time. Oh how lovely that would be...

"

The wind, soft as a feather, moves
Eyes closed, I inhale
The richness as it passes
My cheeks feel its soft caress
Like a lovers kiss, gently it touches
And I smile.

Raindrops start to fall slowly
Face upturned, I let the drops touch me
The smell intoxicating to my senses
It overtakes all of me, I indulge in its richness
The feeling exquisite, divine, and I grasp it close
Letting it overtake all of me deep within
And I gently sigh.

Oh the feeling of freedom
The purity of the breeze softly passing by
The feel of the rain as it touches my body
The wetness soaking me, lapping at my form
Like the arms of a lover that touches oh so gently
Eyes closed, Senses bare, I fall into its passion.

And gently float away...

Memories,

Of once upon a time

Passes my view

I inhale all its richness

For all still lies deeply within me.

Eyes closed, I feel the rain pour down on me
Oh the sweet joy.
The richness of splendor that comes forth
I bask in it
Holding my arms out
Towards all it offers.

For you are there my love.

Always..

Inside those sweet, sweet, raindrops.
Each one marking the memories from within
Bringing them forward yet once again

Yes...

For you are there my love...

Always..

Forever to hold deep inside
Within my heart, I savor each precious moment
Till it is time that I say goodbye.

Your touch of sweet to always linger.
Your scent deep within
Always still felt
Funny how time fades certain memories.

Yet with you, they seem to linger forever
Like the raindrops sweetly falling
The mist of pure that slowly trickles down my skin
And to this I say
Let them fall..

Yes my love...
Let them fall.

 And slowly,
Oh so slowly..

I once again fall in love.

Interesting, a genre-less poem. It is all a poem to nature, a love poem, and a poem about time's gone past.
Very interesting the way you blended multiple concepts all together to let us into your mind. Because that's the way it works sometimes, which one sensation triggering a memory that ultimately triggers the emotion that causes you to write a piece such as this.
The description towards the beginning is incredible as well...Very well done.

The hands of time, at least for a moment were turned back, to live inside such a romantic poem brings youth to all those who read, for once again I fall helpless into loves open arms.

Excellent write! Loved the poem, the words touched my soul. The picture was beautiful, and the song added beauty to it all!
