He comes to me softly

He comes to me softly

A Poem by Magdelena

Heart bare type of write in the darkened night.

Previous Version
This is a previous version of He comes to me softly.

He comes to me softly
Like a sweet scent
He brings his form
Lingering, it engulfs
Taking me under his spell
Of null
Not a sound does he make
Only the distant thunder of his heartbeat,
Against mine, does come forth
Entwined, together
Tightly, tangled into simple artistry
Of different color, hues so bright
That eyes go blind
I savor all, willingly
Oh the feeling it brings
Sweet, sweet, surrender
I arch my form closer
His touch, searing through veins of raw
Open, upon sheets of blood red
Trickling slowly like tears
Bare, is the heart
Like a shadow broken
The moment has arrived
And gently I whisper,
Yes......

Oh yes....

This had me leaning closer and closer to the screen as I read. No wonder I was getting cross~eyed at the end! Ha! Whew, that was quite a read. The whisper at the end was...Yes...oh yes...for me! Angi~
