LIfe's rich tapestry is woven with many threads, many textures and many colours. Some far more beautiful than others, but they all contribute to the overall story. Life is a continuing lesson, we don't appreciate the good times unless we have experienced the bad. Your lines are filled with wisdom and are entirely relatable.

ahahaha i love it...one can not pick and choose the realities of life ..and accepting them all into ones tapestry is a spiritual step towards peace of heart, mind and soul ..love the form...so easy flowing...love the message and language .. all so relateable

I am very grateful my friend and your thoughts are much appreciated
True, true and true- but even truisms are subject to individual perception and life experiences, so may change. Like the theme and form- I feel strength of opinion and character in the bold font and single word lines. Well-penned!
A interesting topic. The tapestry of life. I believe life is our decision. Good or bad. We create the tapestry of a good life or not. Thank you Neville for sharing the amazing poetry.

Tis true, well at least the first bit is, the rest is far too generous.......
I very much relate to your sentiments here, as we must learn to live with the ups & downs of life. I like the ending, life as a tapestry. I'm not a fan of stringing out the page layout in single-word lines, as the reading is jagged instead of flowing in longer lines.

Of course. Great observation. The body wears away...The soul is eternal. A person's body is what people cry over...at funerals, shamefully...though they aren't aware that the soul still exists. Very well written!
