Your Love

Your Love

A Poem by Dara

Treading softly I meander

through the chambers

of your heart,

whispering words of love

so tenderly

as my thoughts to you

impart.

To hear you say “I love you”

is sweet music to my ears

erasing all the loneliness

and pain

 from all these years.

Your love provides a cushion

for my heart with every beat

and offers relief and comfort

like moss beneath

my feet.

Your poem is very soothing and fragile. It conjures the delicate, yet hope-filled nature of true love.
Nicely done, dear poet.

P.S. I am glad you have chosen to stepped from the soft concealment of Passion Flower and make your own name known.

The best 'thank you' you can give us is to keep penning your dear creations.
