dearest Divya... almost three am Monday morning... yesterday Sunday April 23 was my Birthday. I am blessed with two Window Boxes on the front of our home (full of Dahlias in soft Peach and yellow). Last year I planted a vintage Rose bush in the same colors.. my Mother's favorite Roses. It was a gorgeous sunny day with a soft breeze. Our two dwarf Cherry trees in our backyard have matured after four years and had blossoms and now little cherries are appearing. Mother Nature is sacred. Have just walked my dog in the rain.. it's in for the day so best get out, get wet and then, get dry and warm!! That said, my cheeks feel fresh, my mind perhaps the same because when fields glisten with raindrops, everywhere looks so very beautiful. But - roll on the warmer weather.

Just noticed below that it was your birthday yesterday - England's St. George's day, also, William Shakespeare's birthday! You, dear lady are yet another important being to grace 23 April. Belated happy birthday wishes, dear friend. Hugs.

dear Chris... it seems Nature knows we need assurance that Life is still blooming... we had a Robins Nest in our Holly tree close to our front porch. The four eggs were turquoise blue and a bit larger than most. Now the fledglings have flown away. The month of May will be bountiful od full of Hope. Thank you for your poetic Review... dearest Ladysue... we have had so many lovely Spring days with a soft breeze. Even the Bumble Bees have arrived early this Year. I am hoping to see a Rainbow after the Rain this Summer. Mourning doves have white eggs. You have Robin eggs! Aren't they the most beautiful turquoise you've ever seen? How wonderful!

Yes, they were rather large eggs for Robins... we do have a lot of Robins this year. Our Gardener discovered the Nest and we were very respectful of their Nest. Suddenly today... the Nest is empty... Next to Mourning Doves.. they are Sweet Hearts, Take Care,, love, Pat

Oh no! So sorry to hear this. The nest must have been invaded by a nocturnal predator in the middle of the night. My second nesting of mourning doves was, and left me devastated. Thus the circle of life, so they say. It's still heartbreaking.

Seems to be we are just coming into a nice bit of weather here, with that big yellow sky all of fire thingy... The sun I think it's called, quite blatantly strolling across the sky, without even the slightest blush about its prolonged absence!
Okay, I'll let it off this time, but with a warning I'll put it on the naughty step if it does it again. 😊
My arms don't know what's hit them, as I'm down to t shirts, which are usually only worn under a few warmer layers.
Another week of this and I might turn milk bottle white, from my usual pale blue tone 😊
