Searching For My Toad

...been thinking about this lately, and saw the princess and the frog movie....thought this up...enjoy

Being single has its perks along the road

but recently I've been seaching for a toad.

A handsome Prince Charming of my very own,

one that wont put me on a high thrown.

 

I've been set on pedestals high in the air,

and pushed off of my throne into night air.

I feel so alone being so single and care free,

but I need someone now to come and hold me.

 

But no boy I see is at all good enough right now,

none of these boys is quite ready to kneel down.

I want a man who knows what he wants in life,

I need a man that can and will put up a fight.

sometimes it is those quiet toad types that dont make a big fuss about themselves that end up being the type your the most happy with later in life...
