City of Loneliness - Part II

City of Loneliness - Part II

A Poem by Raja
"

'For the trotter'

"

City of Loneliness

Part II

“‘Tis the part of life” they say,
Though I disagree
Solitude in the fullest rhyme

What does that mean?

I do not get an answer
Nor do I question them back.

Back home and on-job I realize
The captive power of

Trust to me
Dependence to me

Loses in me
Power in me

Cries for me
Smiles for me

Energy to me
Loneliness to me

What more can I preach!
What less can I limit!

I am relishing my solitary sojourn
Like an undiscovered satellite.

Lovely! Great expression in so few words. I am glad you can find some serenity in solitude. Well expressed. One suggestion, for reading purposes in the last stanza I would add 'an' in front of undiscovered satellite. Would read better. Thank you for sharing so much of yourself in this write.
Blessings,
Siddartha

Part II here is a very different piece from Part I, I felt empowerment reading your words. It just shows how much everything is about perspective. I like how the 2 parts of this poem show these different reflections. Well done.

Your city now explodes with noice and movement! You are captured by the essence of being alone and embracing the moment!!!
