Thank you, Frieda. Yes, I have been blessed with very honest friends, and lost a few who asked for truth but did not really want it... And Frieda, your poetry is beautiful at any angle!

But honesty is toxic if not tactful. Perception is subjective. All mirrors and lenses are somewhat distorted. Our moods filter what we observe each in their own way. Truth is fragmentary and tentative. X-ray vision is needed at times, and at other times infrared vision.
