MEET ME

MEET ME

A Poem by Saddam

Meet me
at that lovely place
where stars are spread
And sweet springs always lives.

 Meet me, at that place
where little pieces of snow every time falls
and a bunch of birds sings in a queer voice
Where easy wind never come to end.

Between this
mead, under that big tree
surrounded by this graceful environment
we talk about love.

I want to dance with you till the last breath
I want to live with you till the end
where desires are untied to move.

When someone is in love, they always desire to be in company of their beloved. Often wanting separation from the rest of the world, where the two love birds can nestle into each other. This poem beautifully describes one such place. Very simple yet a very good piece.

This is romantic, Ssadd. It reminds me of my college sweetheart when we used to date/meet in a particular place where only our love is what we can feel- it's the biggest acacia tree in our school. But loving at young age will really not ensure a lasting love. After our break-up, I haven't seen that tree anymore...only in my memories...during passing thoughts like this.Love, an in-depth obscured undefinable emotional desire, which evolves another living being within your psyche and soul and the human beings who are one of the ambiguous natural products of the evolutionary process are the only living beings who can delve into and intrinsically feel this intuitive phenomenon. Thus, what you imply within your writing can be evaluated as a momentary nostalgic time travel to the past with the intention of absorbing the solace from your long buried LOVE.This is so very sad and bittersweet, SSADD. I'm actually glad that I read your comment below, or I might have misinterpreted the poem.

It makes me think of a vision of paradise, actually...a love that has no beginning and no end. I've been writing about that too lately (although with different wording). Although the physical person may be gone, I'm sure that your love will live on eternally in your heartThis is such a sweet fantasy...meeting your lover far away from the real world "at that lovely place ,where stars are spread And sweet springs always lives."
Enjoyed reading !Lovely lines... how I wish I had experienced this moments when I was younger under that big tree with someone talking about love and just only love, not plans, enjoying the sweet talks...
this poem is indeed beautiful..

Deeply Thanks to you dear. Looking forword for your write.
Indeed romantic. Captures the longing of someone in love, a desire to be met at that special place ... "I want to live with you till the end" ... a place that lasts forever, up to that last breath. What a controversy love is!

its feel very good to hear you dear friend.
You know, birds do have a funny voice... I never thought of that. I just assumed it was kind of normal. Ha.
It is good to have another meet you in a special place and a special state of mind. This is true oneness.
