Again, I appreciate your voice! It's so clear and distinctive. I'm going to be nit-picky again (let me know if that annoys you).
I love that you use the line "Just like that" at the beginning and the end. It's like a refrain. Think about putting it at the end of each stanza. It would draw it together. Also maybe put a dash in the line before it, and a period at the end. That way it stands out. It emphasizes your point that even though change can be hard it can happen, "Just like that" we just have to take a deep breath and do it!
Finally, I really love the couplet at the end. It stands out so beautifully because it is different from the other 4 line stanzas!

I like it. Do you? It's your poem, and in the end it's what you think that matters most! If you want to give it a little more variety, you can change what type of punctuation goes before the "Just like that line" depending on the mood you want to convey.
