Prologue

Amanda sat at her laptop; she was talking to her best friend. Her friend recently moved to California to work with Pete Wentz in his new recording studio he bought for Decaydance records. Ingrit, Amanda’s friend, never met Amanda in real life. They were Internet buddies for about two years. That never stopped them from becoming close though. 

 

“I’m flying out tomorrow.” Amanda typed to Ingrit.

 

“Sweet, I’ll pick you up at the airport.” Ingrit respond. Amanda smiled at her laptop when Ingrit said she’d pick her up. Amanda was finally leaving home to go to college.

 

Amanda was going to major in Political Science. She was an animal activist and a proud vegetarian. She couldn’t go a day with out talking about her morals and beliefs about being a vegetarian.

 

Her short brown hair fell in front of her dark brown eyes. She moved it out of the way to get a better look at the computer screen. Amanda usually wore skinny jeans with her band t-shirts, Dinosaur t-shirts, or even Poke’mon t-shirts. She was nineteen but sort of dressed like a twelve-year-old boy. She wore black thick-rimmed glasses. She also couldn’t go a day with out her Clandestine hoodies.

 

She was excited to finally meet her friend, to finally go to University, and to be away from home. She was also excited to meet Pete Wentz. He has been her idol for the longest time. Now knowing Ingrit’s newest job, Amanda hoped that possibly she would get to go to celebrity parties and meet other celebs as well.

 

“How do you think you’re going to like the school?” Ingrit asked.

 

Amanda pondered on this for a bit, she wasn’t completely sure if she’d like Political Science, let alone her school. The school that had accepted her also had animal rehabilitation and a lot of majors close to her interests. She was even taking a side photography class. “Not sure,” she started to type. “I never checked out this school in real life, so I’m just going to pretty much show up and be like ‘love me’? Lol” Amanda said jokingly.

 

Ingrit typed “lol”.

The two friends then continued into talking about the plane; like when it was going to arrive, and when Amanda would boarding it. The friends talked the night away on AIM, they were so happy that they were finally going meet.

 

“Mandy,” Ingrit typed. “Where are you going to stay?”

 

“Erm, a dorm?” Amanda said a little unsure.

 

“I have an extra room in my apartment. If you promise to not be so loud with those college guys, you can stay here. “

 

“Lol. Okay Hun. I’ll take your offer!” Amanda stated. “Thank you.”

 

“No problem.” Ingrit typed back.

 

Amanda’s living arrangement and school were under way with an awesome start. But she wasn’t ready for something even bigger, befriending one famous friend. Now, that may not seem like a big deal right now. So what if she becomes friends with a celebrity? It doesn’t really become a huge deal till she couldn’t keep avoiding to meeting his older brothers any longer. After she meets them, she realizes that she was truly, madly, head over heels, hopelessly, in love with one of her new best friends brother.

 

Will they end up together? Will he like her back, or will everything just destroy her?

Oh my God, why didn't you tell me you had published some of this? I would have gotten my lazy bum out of bed to review it! Haha. I really love this so far. Holy s**t, I'm so excited you started this; it's going to be amazing, I just know it. Anyway, back on the topic of reviewing...

I can just picture you being all “a dorm, of course; it's a college, silly!”

You know, I sometimes wonder if we would ever be friends if we didn't know each other in real life... Do you think we would? I certainly hope so; I love being your best friend! :]

I really can't wait for more of this to be published. God, I really can't wait. I freaked when I saw that this was already up here; I was actually going to review your other writing, but I had to read this first. I just had to. The bit at the end of the prologue was amazing; seriously.

“Will they end up together? Will he like her back? Or will everything destroy her?

BAH! It was amazing. I really love how you have those conflicting questions that so many people ask themselves everyday. And I really love how you have the title of the story at the very end; really creative. S**t, I'm going to go review the next chapter now before I make this one wicked long. Please, don't stop writing this one! I'll be highly upset if you do!
