A tale of the wolf

A tale of the wolf

A Poem by TamerQtaish
"

A beginning an end and the story!

"

Protection is the temple of love

The soul burns in a burning dove

Arrows of hate from the skies above

Let it free

Let it be…

Approaching from the east

Hunters search and seek

For the hungry lonely beast

A monster they might think

But honor it knows at least

Doubts start to rally

Deep down the valley

Where a wolf grows strongly

Howling with no voice

Their intentions are ugly

This is the devils notice

Their actions twisted deadly

Time can't heal the fading noise

Doubts start to rally

Deep down the valley

Where a wolf grows strongly

Tired and wounded

With no sense of defeat

Brothers and sisters slaughtered

Scattered blood, heart with one beat

It’s a hard living to kill or be killed

… To kill or be killed

<Solo>

Doubts start to rally

Deep down the valley

Where a wolf dies slowly

Let it free

Let it be

Let me free

Let me be…

<Ends>

I really like it, except the second line is off somehow: The soul burns in(?) a burning dove. I just don't know about that. Maybe I'm just getting to tired to grasp it right now.

An 'intoxicating' write (pun intended) lol
Sad wolves are slaughtered out of fear; surely not for food.
They are awesome creatures.

This was awesome! I would have never known u were drunk if u hadn't said anything lol. I enjoyed the last lines the most. " Let me free, Let me be". It had a lot of emotion in it. Great job!

As usual, you impress me with the tastes of freedom you represent.
Honestly, no matter what happen, you will stay the haunting wolf... condemned to be free!

Great work,
Keep it up brother.

Sober, drunk.. does it matter, th is is a mazingly visual! Can almost smell the creature's hot body running, resting, running... there's a rhythm to your words, a pace then pause' it's eyes still then seeking, ears listening, head twitching.. see, you have me seeing!

Great piece of writing..

Dude, you write well drunk! Wolves happen to be my favorite animals. despite the way most depict them they exercise far more honor than most of mankind, and are more cunning in their ways. They are to be respected, and this song really shows that if you f**k with the wolf, you're a goner. Good one Tamer.
