Deceiving

Deceiving

A Poem by Lydia

There are lies all around

They are lying on the ground

They are floating in the air

There are lies everywhere

They slip from your lips

Falling off the tip

Whithout you even knowing

That your lies are what is showing

Deceiving, repeating, showing me the way

That I should go, I cannot stay

Piercing, stinging, pushing their way in

I wish this wasn't the way that it all had to end.

I suggest changing the second line, around and ground are such a classic rhyme it almost makes it seem amateur, but other than that I love it :D
