Not my first poem, but my longest and most "recognized" (Meaning I have showed it to all of my friends) Anyway, I am open to all criticism of myself, I can only get better.

Oh Selfless Angel (Poem Trilogy)

Oh selfless Angel…After all you’ve been through…..

Giving yourself up for this world….Becoming a sacrifice to the beast that is this world….

How I want to help you…..Anything to help you….

To take away your pain….is the greatest thing I could ever do in my life…..

Anything For Her

She Made me feel like I was a person, gave me worth.

Made me feel like life was worth it, gave me life…..

If only I could make her happy, anything to give her happiness….

Oh selfless angel, if only I could give you happiness…..

Molten Silver, emotional torture

Id endure it all for her

To make her happy….make her Happy……

Anything for that

Last night I prayed….prayed for the first time in so long…..

Prayed for whatever was out there to watch over her….

Take from me what it wants….Keep her safe….Make her happy….

Anything for her….Anything for her….

Oh selfless angel, you sacrifice yourself for the happiness of others…..

When you are most deserving of that happiness…..

Oh saviour, anything to give you that happiness….

Not just an illusion…..But the true happiness….Anything…..

You made me feel like I was human….not just an empty shell…..

Like I was something…Like I could do something in this world…..

If only I could make you happy…..Anything for that…..

My life would have been worth it…..I would have done something in this world….

Anything for her….

Exploitation

Oh horrible exploitation…..Using all of Us….abusing Us….

Making Us blind to the truth…like the Frog in the boiling water…..

We don’t realize it until its to late….When We do…Were too scared to destroy it….

You, Me…Everyone…..Oh horrible exploitation….Destroying us….

The High to the Low….Powerful to the Weak….The Willing to the Unwilling….

Willing to sink into the depths…..They make us feel disgusted by them…And yet sorry for them……

Oh selfless angel…You want to help them….Anything for you…..

Willing exploitation to make Them happy….Oh selfless angel…..

It destroys you….Seduces you to make you into its image…..Takes everything away and fills it with itself…

Oh horrible, deadly exploitation….Strikes at where You are weakest……Uncaring, cold….

And yet rouses emotions in You….That make you feel sorry for it….Makes You want to help It

No matter what the price You want to help It…Oh selfless angel…..even at the price of exploitation?

Your own soul? 

Oh selfless angel….Oh horrible exploitation…..

Makes you want to help it….To make it happy….Hoping it will stop….

But what if it doesn’t? What have you lost? 

Oh selfless angel…..You don’t deserve any more pain….You most of all don’t….

The Lament Of Ultimate Hypocrisy

Oxymoronic, contradicting hypocrisy, laughable, corrupting, damaging hypocrisy

Oh how it makes Us laugh, oh how it makes Us cry

What is the ultimate hypocrisy?

To say you want to help and successfully hurt? 

Or to want to help and instead hurt?

Self-contradiction, living oxymoron, oh how they mock Humanity

Oh how they mock Happiness….

Oh how it tries to destroy Us

Oh selfless angel, why must You endure hypocrisy?

What is the ultimate hypocrisy?

To speak of wanting to help and successfully hurt? 

Or to want to help and instead hurt?

Which is it?

I refuse to become the hypocrisy, I refuse to be consumed by the Flames of Hatred

I refuse to become the hypocritical exploiter, oh I would do anything to help You oh selfless angel

All-consuming, burning, exploiting hypocrisy, why must you endure it selfless angel?

What is the ultimate hypocrisy?

To speak of wanting to help and successfully hurt? 

Or to want to help and instead hurt?

Which is it?
