A Rustic Kind of World

A Rustic Kind of World

A Poem by Ada

The unequalable device made the design of man squander into history,
The wunderkind was especially superlative in power over the skin and bones of the world.
Man, becoming inferior,
made expedient decisions to stigmatize the fate of humanity,
but their sanguine outlooks faltered in the war of machines.

~This is very reminiscent of the set up for war of the worlds. A society taken over by machines intent on taking over the world with technology unseen and unheard of by man. Whether sci-fi or as the writer below mentioned, a set up for a Dystopian society to come, it is nonetheless a very interesting poem.~

Where ever the future might go, I will always fear Al.
It had a rather dystopian feel, surreal like from the perspective of remote controlled drones destructing society...or who knows, that's what was evoked in me. Or maybe I've been listening to too much Muse.
Anyways nice write !!
