PUZZLED

PUZZLED

A Poem by Windy
"

Another late night, early morning ramble...Hope you enjoy!

"

PUZZLED

I'M PUZZLED ABOUT CERTAIN THINGS...

ABOUT THE OCEAN AND THE TREES

THE STORY OF THE BIRDS AND BEES,

WHY THE MALE PREDICTS THE SEX OF A CHILD

WHY A WOMANS LIFE IS SO MUCH HARDER,

WHY DOGS BARK AND CATS MEOW

WHY MEN HAVE A PENIS AND WOMAN A VAGINA,

WHY SOME FOLKS FLIRT WHILE OTHERS ARE SHY

WHY PEOPLE WONDER ABOUT YOU AND I,

WHY THE COLOR OF THE SKY IS BLUE

ITS NO WONDER I'M PUZZLED IF I HAVE NOTHING BETTER TO DO

What fun and what questions or comments to mull over for the remainder of 2008!

I've often wondered why, on the morning of a special even/occasion, we suddenly have a blemish! Or, why does it rain all through your own holidays then, brighten up the day after you return home? Why do you never have your camera with you when something wonderful occurs, appears! There could be more

Anyway, the things you've come up with are really you, and, great fun. Love the: WHY THE MALE PREDICTS THE SEX OF A CHILD - 'cos shouldnt women have the choice seeing as tho we're going to be doing the hard work!

Oh darn it, now you have me going!. Your post has put a real smile in my thinking. Thank you for sharing

Those are all very good questions. I have often found myself thinking about such things.

I wonder why men never put the toilet seat back down, and why the heck can't they refill

the water in the ice trays instead of leaving the empty tray on the sink, and, and, and I better

stop now ~lol~ Great Write and enjoyable read about the questions that puzzle people~

No
the color sends a message here.
even though i think you mightjust have added it for fun, it conveys a childlike sense of wonder and curiosity that is very comforting in a way, yet the words bring maturity. it's well balanced. thank you for sharing.

To me it sounds as if some kid is doing the questioning. I think this could be done better, not the best read from you. Sorry :(

I love this! And I am often puzzled by those things too! Great write!
Of course, I am also puzzled as to why hot dogs come in packs of ten but hot dog buns come in packs of eight.

That was whimsical and entertaining, and I've asked myself many of those same questions.

LOL I have often wondered why women's lives are harder, too! I bet alot of people have the same kind of thoughts, they just fail to put them on paper! The colored font just gives this the playful feeling it deserves! Great write! Barbara

Haha..I liked the last line:
"ITS NO WONDER I'M PUZZLED IF I HAVE NOTHING BETTER TO DO"
I sit and wonder about a lot of things when I'm bored and usually get lost in thought, but who says it's a crime to think about such things? lol.
Great write(as always :),
~Lauren
