PUZZLED

PUZZLED

A Poem by Windy
"

Another late night, early morning ramble...Hope you enjoy!

"

PUZZLED

I'M PUZZLED ABOUT CERTAIN THINGS...

ABOUT THE OCEAN AND THE TREES

THE STORY OF THE BIRDS AND BEES,

WHY THE MALE PREDICTS THE SEX OF A CHILD

WHY A WOMANS LIFE IS SO MUCH HARDER,

WHY DOGS BARK AND CATS MEOW

WHY MEN HAVE A PENIS AND WOMAN A VAGINA,

WHY SOME FOLKS FLIRT WHILE OTHERS ARE SHY

WHY PEOPLE WONDER ABOUT YOU AND I,

WHY THE COLOR OF THE SKY IS BLUE

ITS NO WONDER I'M PUZZLED IF I HAVE NOTHING BETTER TO DO

What fun and what questions or comments to mull over for the remainder of 2008!

I've often wondered why, on the morning of a special even/occasion, we suddenly have a blemish! Or, why does it rain all through your own holidays then, brighten up the day after you return home? Why do you never have your camera with you when something wonderful occurs, appears! There could be more

Anyway, the things you've come up with are really you, and, great fun. Love the: WHY THE MALE PREDICTS THE SEX OF A CHILD - 'cos shouldnt women have the choice seeing as tho we're going to be doing the hard work!

Oh darn it, now you have me going!. Your post has put a real smile in my thinking. Thank you for sharing

I thought I commented on this before. Now that makes me puzzled. :) Like it.

I thought the colors were a great mental twist to the words. Making the pondering of these thoughts more poignant and vibrant in the readers minds.

Great questions to muse. Perhaps the answers are hiding under unturned stones, or maybe we have to get to the center of the tootsie pop to find out? Or maybe there are some things in the universe, we as humanity were not meant to know or understand, only think about.

Perhaps we find out more in the next life, or perhaps our imagination is the next life and mortality is writers block?

A wonderfully fun piece, made me think and muse upon things myself, I like that. :)

Puzzled??? Hum, if we ain't puzzled about something for that matter many a thing, then I suppose, we wouldn't be human??? The ocean and the trees... if we don't save them, we're certainly doomed~~I'm sure there's a "technical reason" for why the male determines the sex of the child but, I figure if the women have to carry the children for nine months while the man hopes for a son to be born and may be GREATLY DISAPPOINTED when a girl arrives then the BLAME of should be upon his shoulders since it was his swimmers that determined the sex of the child. Puzzled? I think all of us are puzzled and hopefully we'll find some folks to share our puzzled life travels with and together we'll find our way thru. ;~) Remember I'm sleep deprived!! ;~) Sallie Bear
