Why Is It

This one i wrote a few days ago. It's more of rant that I wanted to get there about how, unfair things are and can be.

Why is it we Feel?

Why is it we Act?

Why is it we Try?

 

Pain and Misery

Ruin Feeling.

 

Why do we still Act when we Feel pain?

Is it because we think we need or desire something?

 

Neglect and Mockery

Ruin Action.

 

Why do we continue to try when we are thrown aside?

Is it because this one wants to show we're better than others?

 

We try and try

Like a newbie at a derby.

 

But where does it get us?

With the neglect and mockery and mistreatment,

Nowhere but stuck in a dark visage of our formal selves

Looking back at what we use to be

 

Every time we try, we achieve that goal, but what do we get?

Nothing.

 

Nowhere

Nothing

 

Why do we keep trying?

Why does one keep pressing forward through all this mistreatment?

 

A strong will?

An inner desire?

Or just plain stupidity?

 

A person once said that everything happens for a reason

If this is so, does that mean that one's life of this mistreatment over and over again, is their reason?

 

Why should one keep feeling this mistreatment just to make others better?
