This is another poem that touches on Meds helping Mental problems.

Sitting here Peacefully

Refitting my Mind Casually

 

Lost in a Trance within my mind

As if I were at a kind of a Dance

 

Meditation is like my Medication

Taking my Worry and Pain away

Making it all, go away

 

No more sadness,

Nor madness

Just, Nothingness

 

Then the Trance gets broke

Like a bad Chance of a Stroke

 

Taking me back to Reality

Making me remember my Causality

 

Sitting here Broken

I try a new Token.
