It's a fun little poem. Put the sticky-note on the computer or television screen, they'll get it for sure. Unless it's teenaged boys, in which case you should put it on the refrigerator. You might consider changing the last line so as to match more closely the first two. For example, 'For others to see', or 'I'm messy, you see'. Something like that.
