You won't be back...

You won't be back...

A Poem by Bhavya Kaushik
"

:'(

"

..

You won't be back…

Dropping of a tear break this long stillness,

As recollections of our past surrounds me.

I was a pilgrim and you were my sacred place,

But now I know together we can't exist.

I can't forget the day when you left this world,

And I realized that how wicked god could be.

I don’t miss you the way like others do,

You are still alive here inside of me.

My life changed from the day you passed away,

And with every second I wished for you to come back.

You are in my prayers and in words that I say,

I just hope for someday to once see you again.

And since I didn’t even said to you a goodbye,

So with this poem my love, I promise.

I won’t forget you till the day I die,

As only with you I’ll be there in my afterlife.

You know what Bhavya, I know a guy here on writerscafe and he also writes eye-watering poems, he is my best friend and because of that I always want him to be happy. His girlfriend actually died because of leukemia last years and he is still fighting with her memories and you know what I think...He can't come out of it!
Don't say that god is wicked, he actually loved her more than anyone on this world could love her, she was her special child and that is why he wanted that angel to be with her.
I heard something moths before that when someone leave this world, he/she becomes your guardian angel and always keep their eye on you. You know what, she also must be now watching you. She also must be laughing with your smiles, must be happy to see whenever you do something good, but..she also must be crying with you and for you, whenever every tear rolls out of your eyes she must also have cried a lot at that times. So don't let her cry my dear friend.
Accept this world, you know what this world is very wicked and cruel and it would be very hard for you to relive it.
But you know what, You have yourself given the answer in the end. So what if you can't be together with her in this life. But you will be with her after your life till eternity.
You know what Bhavya, the friend about whom I was talking above was no one but you...

Well, I am only going to comment on your creativity. It is your right to grieve how ever you see fit. It is amazing the way you pulled out one letter and highlighted it red. Is there a reason why you chose "o"? As always I love the way you pour emotion into your writings. People love to feel for it means we are alive...even the good and the bad. Keep writing this superb stuff. Thanks for entering the Missing Him, Missing Her contest.

She lives in you. You can never really lose love like that. Your words are testament to the passion that you still feel in your heart. May God be with you as you shuffle through the days. May He hold your hand in those moments when you need help remembering to carry on.

You are right Bhavi dear. God can seem a heartless brat to some people sometimes. Some things happen, that we do not want them to happen, but they still happen, leaving us wondering why the hell that hadd to happen. But then you have elders telling you; that whatever happens, it happens for the good. I don't know what good is in that that happens and leaves us only worse.

I kinda disagree with !!...Love...!!'s statement here, that God Actually loved her more than anyone on thie world could love her, she was her special child and that is why he wanted that angel to be with her.

Nothing against !!...Love...!!, but that is the same cold statement that we hear whenever a person has lost the life more precious that his/her own. It is said to comfort one, but it never does, instead leaving a hollow feeling inside the chest.

But the other statement made by !!...Love...!! Couldn't be more accurate or truer, as she IS watching you and with you every time. If you smile, she'll smile; If you cry, she will cry. You say you care for her more than you do for yourself. That's perfectly true. Just don't let her cry, then, ever. Face this wicked world, Bhavi, you are still alive, don't forget that. You just have to close your eyes and feel her presence, Bhavya. And Once you do, You'll never feel sad or alone again.

Forgive me if my words are too straight. I apolozise to everyone who are hurt by my words. If it's offending anyone, just drop me a word and curse me with all your might. I'll remove this review and write a cheesy, false review instead. These words are out of my heart, and I didn't want to change them. And I wrote them for my friend whom I Care a lot, My "word-genious" Friend, Bhavya Kaushik.
