words of love

 

as tears run down your face
you know I am there to wipe them away
as you hold closer I hold you tight never letting you away
I will talk to you ,I will even sing
I will dance for you
I will play the clown just for
and you laugh,laugh my love
I just want to wipe them tears away
will do anything just for you for
I will build us castles and dreams and hopes
though holding loose in the air ,our love will hold them strong
so they are always there
I will fight the world for you
I will pave the way under your feet
I will do as no one done for my love
I will do the strangest things for my love
mock me as you like ,never care
I will always do it for my love
I will do wonders ,I will travel the world just for you
my love
I will forever want you happy
even if in a dreamy world just for us
that will be just enough for me
if you were in it

There are many times when we come across something that touches us so deeply as to inspire us to write something that is almost in reply to it. You express a deep love and admiration in response to something that was probably written about sadness, an incredible sadness. At times, we can readily feel ourselves giving into the fantasy as we write back and forth with another poet - each offering words to inspire the other to greater evocations of love. Who other than a cruel person would not want to lift another from their pain, let them know that it will be okay, and give them some hope that they may be missing in their lives at that moment. I have come across many pieces that have inspired me in one way or another, with some pieces catching me so completely off guard that I found myself literally walking on clouds. While some saw this as a tad rough, I saw it as the sincere proclamation of love that was not meant to be tidy and polished - for love oft does not express itself that way.
