Vision of Angels

Vision of Angels

A Poem by Bridget Murphy

Light flashes, then vanishes away,

Like the truth liers say,

When dark clouds cover the flower of May,

Only reason can show you the way.

Justice continues his goodbye,

As the women weep and sigh,

While the man is raised on high,

A sinner in the sky.

Now will come the day,

When iniquity will have its say,

In this game of life and death we play,

Only few will find the way.
