Beyond CompareA Poem by Chris Shaw(forgive my endless love of nature)
Across the margins of this bay,
I watch the ocean's tides at play, in gentle movements on the shore. And white topped crested waves roll in, that lace-like leave a loving hem, caressing pebbles left in wet. Behold the drifting, morphing veils of billowed softness, cloudy trails as sail boats conquer cobalt sky. While gold, the bold and welcome stare, see sequin flecks from sun unfold to dance sweet tempered on the sea. Beyond compare these treasures are, so too our rainbows, moon and stars, small gifts that nature brings to please.
