You wrote so brilliantly on such a basic rhythm of nature, the Brownian Motion.
This haphazard motion is so intrinsic to Nature and all its realms.
Order in disorder indeed, for without the disorder, there would be no evolution, no laws.

Distracted though it may seem, there is such purpose to it!

In such a simple way, you captured all the magic and beauty of creation.

Great. Our 2 and half grandson continually amazes . He hasn't yet reigned in his sensory world to align with adults norms. Seeing ALL is just too too much. Perhaps as being bipolar I am reverting to childhood wonder. You can read about it my open Manicarus.

a pleasant distraction. very clever and pleasing. i hate to repeat myself but this is the good stuff of life. you've certainly brought a smile to a dreaded household plague i've actually watched dust particles in sunlight as you so elegantly and skillfully describe and thought the same thing. so cool how they float as if suspended in another dimension in time as they fall where we don't want them and cover. personally, i like to listen to music and strut a dance with them when i dust ... :)

Amazing how beautiful dust can appear when someone looks positively instead of thinking vacuum cleaner or duster! The sun and/or a gasp of air can make the all around so very lovely and you saw it, captured its flight, its fairylike float, described it and ~ make lovely poetry, Chris.

Oh my God.... Never imagined tyndall effect of physics will be so poetic actually. It reminded me of my childhood winter when a beam of sunrays with dust motes danced in front of my eyes....
