Child

The day came when Lexi heard of the child's birth.
She wore the dress to that day, its glow unaffected by the rips and tears. It was stained brown and red from the dirt and blood of the enemies she encountered.
Her eyes shined brighter than ever, for she knew that One would be back someday, if only she could get the child on her side.
She sat outside Luna's room at night sometimes, watching her sleep. And the baby.
The baby's name was Galaxy. And she was the new Princess.
And, as One's prophecy said, The child of the Queen shall reign supreme.

And Lexi had one more chance.
