And All in the World is Well

And All in the World is Well

A Poem by An owl on the moon
"

Waves breathe whispered wonderlands

"

Waves breathe whispered wonderlands

across the singing, sanded shores

their tempo rising in rhythms, in rhymes

as they stroke clouded reflections

with their riffling, rifting, waking

fingers on blue billows and breakers

ascending surfing seas dance hallows

meandering meditations in dark light

moonlit sonnets and serenades in the night

and in the starfield glimmers, shimmers

I glimpse your softing, sensing smile

and all in the world is well… for awhile.
