Pigs can fly with magical wings

while lynyrd skynyrd sings.

Monkeys jump from banana swings.

There are some of the crazy things,

that often dreams bring.

 

Brad Pitt nude only wearing a hat

holding a bag full of pink and blue cats.

Paris Hilton as she eats herself fat

indulges on tofu covered bats.

Now how werid is that?

 

Cows jumping over the moon,

while Johnny Depp eats cheese with a spoon,

and all the purple poines swoon,

ha well wouldn't you?

 

Santa flies in his chocolate sleigh,

through the Bucs game in Tampa Bay.

These are just some silly things that

people dream about ,

Here in Dream Cafe.

I love this. It has a fairy tale feel to it, a nursery ryhme feel. It's fun, and great. Brad Pitt in just a hat is enough of a fairy tale for me, lol. Well done. Its nice to see a bit of fun now and then. XX

I loved it. It's a fun poem to get one's mind off of the daily stresses. Also, it's something everyone can relate to. What I love most about it is that it's abstract with a kind of depth that makes it something to think about. Those are the kinds of poems I like best because weather you'd like a good laugh, or want something to think about this poem is for you.

Well it felt like I just came off of a short acid trip it was amazing I get all the awesome visuals except for Brad Pitt nude...lol...with no hang over effects and burned out brain. I loved it hopefully you will write more of these they are very fun to read.

Ok missy what were you on? Or perhaps Pink Floyd was playing, yeah thats it. This is a really nice switch from the norm, I loved it. Very creative, I think I will try it. It reminds me of a grown-up version of the old nursery rhymes we were told as kids. This would be a great contest idea. Grown up nursery rhymes, I will go in on it with you if you so choose. I loved the whimsy within. The Paris Hilton thing was outrageously humorous.
