I slipped you into my folder

concussed heart

envelopes love

cuddling with hope

you will file me into your system

as well

I can't remember where I am

but feel I have known you

before, during and after

the fall

it's worth the risk

to fall again and again

I'm sure I know you

I'm sure.

Now that is a love poem! Yes fall again and again, it’s always worth it in my opinion. Love and all the feelings that come Witt it even the insecurities and potential loss… it’s worth it. Wonderful writing, so much energy in this!

Makes me think of my uncle. He has alzhimers but still remembers my aunt ( just not always her name).

as long as he remembers her...that is a plus...
I hate that disease...and I also hate dementia...my dad was in a unit...towards the end he forgot everything...luckily the last time I saw him, he knew me...and I treasured that time with him.
