What Occurred as the Oak Grew Separate

it was a warm charade

beneath the frosted mask

beneath the frosted self

and then a Blue Jay

crept closer

flew into her soul

dominant creatures

with wings of fallacy

the truth an unattained worm

the nest

an upheaval

of what once flew steady and content

A descriptive work of natural art written so eloquently. It's as if you have really animated the scene in moving time for me to see, such a lively scene but it also retains the hardened nature of winter that do not allow us to peer away from what is presented, presumably because all around us is surrounded by Winter snow. An eloquent write with a fantastical imagery used in recreating the living image.
