Etching My Mind

Etching My Mind

A Poem by Frieda P

Midnight embraces,
   moonlight walks
      twilight kisses
long talks til dawn
you fill my nights with rhapsody
when i hold you up to the sun
your enticing words whisper to me
bewitchingingly beckon,
          til they implode desire
days are hazy until dipped into dark
within the inky black I see you clearly
eyes wide open in anticipation
hearts meshing, bodies thrashing
taste of blood upon my lips,
etching my mind with lusty fingertips
melt your inscription upon my skin
whilst we share poetry of our souls

I liked this a lot, but I have to tell you I can't stop laughing at my silly self because when I just glanced at the title in my RR queue it looked like it was called "Bitching My Mind" and I was like, FTW is she going to write about now?? xD So...very enticing write, but I did giggle my way through it ;-)

This sounds like a vampires` writing group drying their blood-written rhymes on the washing line after a night of creativity. Alternately..... Lovely ...I particularly liked "days are hazy until dipped into dark". P.

This has the slow easy movements of two lovers that know each other well, and are content in making the other enjoy the experience to their very best.

sharing the poetry of souls is a beautiful kiss at the end of a wonderful first date
