Entrance'd Reverie

You light my path

                 with orchid sunlight

in your voice 

                I hear the melody of angels

         as wildflowers dance to the harmony

    of countryside's waterfall

        crystalline air

butterfly musings fancy

           the bewitching sprays 

you are the starry trance

                  of a sun kissed sky,

       whilst moonlit passages make me sigh

 cream in my coffee, 

                the 'good' in morning

you put the glint of 

                   smiles in my eyes

~exquisite reverie that

             takes my breath away~

He's everything to me... a cream in my coffee, the rainbow to my sky, and the notes of my song.

Using breath as a metaphor for what once was, I'd say this was an enticingly astounding piece of art, portraying the heavenly and the heavenly only. If only we were able to reside in such bliss for eternity, everyone would be happy.
I find it almost despicable of myself that I nearly always entwine heaven with sorrow, yet I can't help myself.~
