~Tango'd Fantasy~

~Tango'd Fantasy~

A Poem by Frieda P

You breathe
delerium into me
knock me
 off balance
disordered
maddened bliss
trip the musica
 of ardor'd fusion
intensity and verve,

dimensionality's
 tango
dance me to insanity
trip my light fandango
dip me to new heights
in your persuasive sensuality
~I'm swept away in your vital essence

Frieda, this is a sensory explosion....absolutely love it. Thank you for every nuance of this poem....from the architectual shape of the words in the poem to mimic a tango dancer, to the irresistible music of the tango dancing....it just all goes together to say "Wow!" Love it!

I lost my train of thought while watching this video...almost choked on my coffee! My goodness, may I quote your opening? "...you breathe delerium into me."

You razzle dazzle with such provocation, Frieda! I love it!

Ha I didn't know you were French Anne, thanks so much...
Your poem's movements mirror the movements of the dance you describe, Frieda. And your graphic and video are fantastic, too. A wonderful package from a wonderful poet!

Thanks for your gracious review Joyce!
May I have this dance?

Exotic, the Tango, two melt together as one, flowing as a cohesive shadow upon a jeweled dance floor, forgetting the world as they make love to the music, heated passion to the sweltering music, fancy footwork in choreograph sensuality. Your poem my friend brings life to this embarce movement of a man and woman. Very nicely penned.
