You talk to me a lot about using big words Mrs.R...I don't believe you can say those things anymore without including yourself in the conversation ;) The more I read you, the more elaborate your vocabulary gets, while never diminishing the strength of you voice of course. You're still Frieda the poet, no matter what you write. Your style is unmistakable. This sounds a lot to me like own feelings when I'm having difficulty writing something. Of course, you just nail it here, just like you nail every subject you take on. You are a true master of the form. You can say all you want about talent on my part, but believe me, if I had a smidgeon of the talent you have, I'd be content :) xo

You know I adore words, if this was a math site, I'd have flunked out a long time ago. ;-) Thanks so much my sweet friend, you humble me with your kind words! xo

Haha No hard time at all Mrs.R, just an observation ;) Always a pleasure my love :) xo
Going thru my RRs and read before but didn't comment...so correcting this horrid mistake... Frieda, lack color, tripping over close'd circuit unmastered tendencies???? Are we talking the same Frieda that I know?? Well all I want to say is if you, the mistress of "poeticisms' idiosyncrasies' are stuck for words, then I am the queen of England... and if this is true why are you not bowing down?? HA!!! ;0) I would actually love to see you tongue tied (poetically speaking)as it is my personal belief to be impossible.
I don't think I have read a poet who can dig into reality the way you do with images and metaphor and have it explore wonderfully the myriad of aspects within a single theme the way you do Frieda. So sadly (?) I'm not the queen of England and often finding myself bowing down to your poetry... and apologizing for taking so long in telling you....

Redundant thoughts that are the topic of poems with a recurring concept, the lack of inspiration and the inability of words to fly, as well as poetry's oddities erupting violently yet lacking color, and the hypothesis not well thought out . . . It sounds like you write of a case of writer's block, and you portray it ever so eloquently. Well done, indeed.

Every poet has his own style...so we can say he has his own identity...and sometimes...uniqueness.
Some can easily make pieces in just some minutes. Some are good in word choice.
You are full of enthusiasm in writing and reading poems.
Redundant poeticisms? I think there's none...
Nice poem, Frieda.

I also do the same...but I understand poets have a certain theme for a period of time...depending on their muse to make a piece. Readers should understand that...You should be guilty when you post the same poem over and over again...same title...same content. But there's none...Let the theme enjoy the carrousel ride inside your mind while the readers enjoy your creativity. LOL

If you want to know me, read my poetry, it's all in there. I am a mother of three sons (my finest moments) a sister, a survivor and a little bit crazy. I lost my beloved sister to suicide, so you'll.. more..
