Two

What a day is like for Christy.

It was already a hot July morning, when Christy's alarm clock had went off at 8:30 in the morning. She already knew that it was going to be a busy day today, because today is the day before the 4th of July and the store that she worked at would be closed tomorrow. That was a good thing for her, because she has a lot of family coming over to her house tomorrow and she has to help her mom out with the dinner for tomorrow. so she got out of bed and got ready for work. Once she was ready she grabbed her a bowel of cereal and ate it. She put her bowel in the dishwasher once she was done. she headed out the door and drove to work, where the parking lot was already packed and people were waiting for the store to open. For the small town of Vincent, there are sure a lot of people that live here. John, the store manager saw her and let her into the store where her best friend, Evelyn was waiting for her to arrive. Both of the girls are going to work till 3 in the afternoon. They would have extra help today too, because since Weldon's Market is the only store in Vincent everybody comes here. Christy and Evelyn just hope and pray that they can make it through the day without any problems.

Thanks once again for the review. I used Vincent because it is what I know. The grocery store use to be Smith's when I was growing up. I have some more chapters that I am working on.
