My darkest thoughts

My darkest thoughts

I don't ask for critique just read what I have to say

Today in class, our professor asked us to explain why people commit suicide. My classmates listed a lot of reasonable explanations: depression, anxiety, social pressures, bullying etc.
But, they didn't talk about the searing, blinding pain. They couldn't describe the hatred that fills you from your ripped toe nails to your your greasy scalp. It's like a stain. It permeates you and leaks through your body intoxicating your heart and tearing holes through your mind. It's a cheese grater on your psyche, obliterating your nerves. Oh, and it's addicting. The dark consumes every crevice until you can't even see parts of yourself.
***I found this on this account written in 2016. I put this out here because the feelings were so strong they deserve to be heard.
P.S. I'm doing a lot better now
