A friendly spiderman

A friendly spiderman

A Poem by Louisa Chan

How long have you been eavesdropping huh?

You little creature who happens to be trespassing

Climbing up this formidable wall of secretive talk

Don’t be afraid of us humans

We shall do no harm to friendly spies

So long as you keep your intelligence safe

From those whom we’ve gossiped about

We’ll leave you free on your lonesome trail

Perhaps a few friends on the way you can make?

How rare it is for me to confide in

An ingenious crawler who embodies

God’s greatest secret I lean no ear

I like music and literary writing. I like to write about "forms of existence" that often elude our attention, especially the weak and the underprivileged. I like to write songs and lyrics too. Tha.. more..
