By the riverbed ~ Bhuyanshi Talukdar

A Poem by Bhuyanshi Talukdar

Sitting by the river alone
My heart gently drifting
like the notes of a guitar
The delicate strings
cradle my emotions
The clear sky
illuminates my heart
And, the wind freely
weaves thru my mind.

Sitting by the river alone
I hold the guitar in my hands
A poet's journal rests in my lap
As I embrace the beauty of nature
The song of the river
embraces my ears.

Clouds painted in the sky
pass before my eyes
My heart flows freely as I sing.

Sitting by the river alone
Savoring the
sound of the wind
the rhythmic flow of the river
And, the timeless whispers of
Wind.

Wonderfully enchanting and captivating, the essence of natural beauty in mixture with the element of human presence is wonderfully stirred into one great pot of delicious verses.
How freely your verses flow ~ Ah, such is a wonder to behold.

What a time you must have had! With lyrics in the wind and the sky as your roof and nature itself as your backdrop. Not everyone recognizes a gold mine when they see one. You had one and you recognized how rich it made you.

Sometimes it's really healthy to be alone in a magnificent place, strumming your guitar...one can muse about life...it's peaceful, and one can sing along and take in all the beauty that mother nature has to offer. Very vivid images!
