Hate breeds.....

Hate is such a toxic vile human emotion

that really corrodes and take all.

Destroys lives and causes wars,

get people killed for the slight

reasons at times.

Causes split between families.

Divides people and countries.

Turns one against another.

Hate is fuels violence, racism

and anger. Uprisings and deaths.

Hated is a curse to this world

and humanity in general.

I wish we could eradicate it forever.

I don't think I have ever hated anyone, but I have certainly disliked a few. Hate conjures up such powerful imagery of violence for me Dawn, I can barely utter the word. Of course your poem focuses on the damage inflicted and it is terrifying.

No one should argue with ya here Dawn, 'hate' is probably the vilest of four letter words.... the world would certainly be a much better place without it.. unfortunately it is unlikely to go anywhere fast.... I do think folk use it far too often and without really understanding the enormity of what they have said.... I quite like the word detest tho.... nice write and have a bril day my friend...

Hate is the source of everything that has every hurt a person. Hate will be the answer to every unlearned lesson. Hate will always be the outcome of all we’ve ever done. I can only hope that one day, it will fade like an orate picture, and be considered abstract, and old fashioned. I love the honesty in your words. I love the facts that fashion themselves into form and imaginative poems. It’s creative to challenge our natural instincts, to deny them, and become truly human. Knowing that animals even have a sense of justice, moral, love, and humanity. Why not us?
