close your eyes

the sunlight hits my face
letting me know its there
giving happiness and grace

i spread my arms out wide
like a butterfly
ready for flight

the image is in my mind
a smile
covering my joyous face
leaving all worries behind

so here i stand
ill close my eyes another time...
for im afraid
of the world at hand
but my world will always be a blink away...
