A free verse sonnet. Does not follow any meter. Just my ears.

Romance at any mature age and level of wisdom...In the mood for the classics

==============================================================================================
Declareth I, declareth to thee manifest love
With runnels of gentle sweat running forth
And countenance of our meandering grace
Pouring of honeyed words, proving a worth.
This whip-lashed susurration never abates
Vividly dreams becometh a master witness
The panoply of resilience and florid enigma
Unsoiling the sunsets of life and its fitness.
Declareth I with veneration and delectation
I love thee with truest of perplexed sagacity
Thine beauty filleth mine tremulous heart
By pervading affection, thine own vivacity.
Declareth I whilst surreal skies may conjure
Days ahead when weary would fain treasure.

"I love thee with truest of perplexed sagacity" is a well written line. The word 'truest' adds something about the lady that is down-to-earth - true.
"Vividly dreams becometh a master witness" is also a line I was fond of.
The rhyming and line-breaks added to the flow of the poem.
Thanks for sharing and I was glad to read.

Hello, Sami! :)
This is an interesting use of language. I'll have to google a bit to figure out what you've said here. Haha
It seems loving.

the "panoply of resilience and florid enigma" this is my favorite line in your poem, both for its uniqueness as well as the way it feels as I read... while I have never been a fan of the these and thous or the doths and sucheths... this poem is both well written and superb Sami... thanks for sharing it..

I feel envy, because English is not my native language. How elegant you play with words here in this piece.

This breathes classic romance, back in the days when men had to try harder to win a woman's heart.

Love the old world feel of this one, romance was so grand in those times.
Swoon worthy, Sami.
