Dawn And Sunset

Dawn And Sunset

A Poem by Sami Khalil
"

Contemplations...

"

Dawn and sunset By Sami Khalil

And at the hour of manifestation;

All lights shed

All times shed

All tears shed

All thoughts shed

Greet the sunset of lamentation.

And at the hour of realization;

All lights shed

All times shed

All tears shed

All thoughts shed

Greet the sunrise of exultation.

I really love your overall message, which I firmly believe in, no matter how yukky life may feel at times. Eventually the darkness ends & the sunrise begins. And you've found an interesting & original way to convey this old axiom. It's fun to watch you experiment outside the dots of your usual writing style. Nicely thought-provoking & impactful! I feel the spirit merging with nature, becoming one entity, that's a secret of being blessed, to be grateful, to let it be... whatever it is, accpet and let it be, then the growth to something greater will be, so the pain and happiness in life, all the opposites in life, You've embraced life itself, how to live gratefully through it, Your words have a powerful effect over us.

I can sense the metaphor and picture that it tried to depict. A very vivid view with the sunset of lamentation and sunrise of exultation. Felt like it gave a warm red carpet treatment to the journey of the sun. Great work!

The great cycle of beginning and ending. Life and death. And then ressurection.

Wow! So true and well articulated. Thank you Jodash for the time and visit.
dear Sami... regrets are part of the silver lining as we
near the rainbow of our life... the colors reflecting the
sunshine as well as the purple rain... the spring of pink and blue...
the fall of gold and magenta... a book on a shelf edged in love. truly, Pat

I like it. I wonder in the morning. Take time to think. Then, I get to contemplate in the evening.
The problem is I still wonder while I sleep.

Nice one.
